Refunds
The 14-day money-back guarantee on your first payment, and how renewals work.
Updated
- First payment: if you are not happy, write to us within 14 days of the charge and we refund it in full.
- Renewals: monthly renewals are not refunded, but you can cancel any time and keep your plan to the end of the paid month. If a renewal you forgot to cancel was charged and you have not used any minutes since, contact us within 7 days.
- Problems on our side: if Klyp was unavailable or failed to process your videos for a long time, contact us for a fair refund or credit.
How to ask
- Email us from the address on your Klyp account (see Contact).
- Say which payment you want refunded.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method through Lemon Squeezy and usually show within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
