Klyp status

Klyp processes videos on its own machines. When processing is offline — for maintenance or an update — the website keeps working: you can sign in, upload and edit clips you already have. New uploads wait in a queue and start automatically when processing comes back. Nothing is lost and no minutes are used until processing starts.

If processing shows Online but a video seems stuck, open the project again — progress updates live. If processing fails, the minutes are returned to your balance automatically. Still stuck? Contact us.
