Klyp

For agencies

Many clients. One repeatable workflow.

Turn every client’s long-form video into on-brand short clips with the same steps each time — templates, logos, four sizes and a zip handoff.

Who it’s for

Is this you?

Social media and content agencies, freelancers and editors who turn clients’ podcasts, webinars and interviews into short-form posts every week.

  • Social media agencies
  • Freelance short-form editors
  • Podcast production studios

The problem, and the fix

What slows you down — and how Klyp handles it.

  • Every client wants a different look

The problem: Re-creating caption styles and branding per client is repetitive and error-prone.

    With Klyp

Templates apply caption style, hook and effects in one click; logos, colors and progress bars are set per clip.

  • Every platform wants a different shape

The problem: The same clip is needed as 9:16, 4:5, 1:1 and 16:9.

    With Klyp

Pick the size per clip; Klyp re-frames on the speaker for each shape.

  • Handoff and approvals

The problem: Clients want files and captions together, not ten separate downloads.

    With Klyp

Export a zip of the clips plus a captions.txt with titles, hooks, captions and hashtags for each.

The workflow

How agencies use Klyp.

A concrete routine you can run every time you publish a long video.

  1. Step 1: One project per video

Add the client’s video by link or upload.
  2. Step 2: Apply the client’s look

Pick their template, logo and caption colors.
  3. Step 3: Shortlist and edit

Use scores and reasons to shortlist, then trim and fix words in the text editor.
  4. Step 4: Hand off a zip

Download clips and captions together and send them for approval.

Realistic expectations

What Klyp won’t do for you.

No tool guarantees views. Here is where the limits are today, so you can decide with clear eyes.

  • Klyp is a single-user account today — no team seats, shared workspaces or client roles yet.
  • Brand settings (logo, colors, template) are applied per clip, not saved as named per-client kits.
  • There is no direct publishing to social accounts; you export and post with your usual scheduler.
