We want you to be happy with Klyp. The Free plan lets you try everything before you pay.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you’re not satisfied with your first payment for a paid plan, write to our support email (listed on this page once it is set up) within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it in full — no questions asked.

Renewals

Monthly renewals are not refunded, but you can cancel any time from the Billing page and you keep your plan until the end of the paid month. If you were charged for a renewal you forgot to cancel and haven’t used any minutes since, contact us within 7 days and we’ll refund it.

Problems with the Service

If Klyp was unavailable or failed to process your videos for a long period, contact us and we will give a fair refund or credit.

How refunds are paid

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
