Waiting in line

Videos are processed one at a time. If you see Waiting in line or “Another video is being processed first,” your project starts as soon as the one before it finishes. You do not need to keep the page open.

Something went wrong

  1. Open the project. The message says which step stopped.
  2. Press Try again. Finished steps are kept, so it continues from where it stopped.
  3. If it fails again, delete the project (the ⋯ menu → Delete project) and add the video again, or contact us.

Your minutes

  • Minutes are counted once per video, for the length that is processed.
  • If processing fails, the minutes for that attempt are given back automatically.
  • Finding moments again, changing clip length and re-rendering clips never use more minutes.

Your next ten posts are already filmed.

Turn your last long video into ready-to-post clips in minutes. Free to start, no card.
